PSC Board of Trustees

psc sealLike our 27 sister institutions in the Florida College System, Pensacola State College is governed by an independent, locally autonomous Board of Trustees that is appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate of the State of Florida. Each Board member serves a four-year term and can be reappointed to serve additional four-year terms.

These dedicated community members spend countless hours attending various PSC academic, athletic and cultural events in addition to Board meetings where they consider matters of policy as it relates to the operations and well-being of the College, its employees and its students.

The Board is charged with appointing and evaluating the performance of the President as the Chief Executive Officer of the College responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the College.

The Pensacola State College Board of Trustees consists of eight members serving four-year terms who are appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida to oversee the operations of the College. The Board of Trustees meets monthly.
